These terms govern your use of services provided by Maple Mind Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Maple Mind").

Services

Maple Mind provides AI-powered B2B services including but not limited to real estate operations, fleet management, and related technology solutions. Each service operates under its own service-level agreement provided during onboarding.

Accounts & Access

Service access is granted upon agreement execution. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Admin panel access is restricted to authorized personnel via VPN.

Payment Terms

• All payments are processed via Wise bank transfer (push model)
• Invoices are generated monthly and payable within 15 days
• We do not accept credit card payments or use payment processors like Stripe
• International clients: FIRCs are issued for all inward remittances
• Setup fees are one-time and non-refundable

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Service credits may apply per your SLA.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you provide. We process data solely to deliver the contracted services. Upon contract termination, your data will be exported and provided to you, then deleted from our systems within 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

Maple Mind's liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
